CEO of My Unique Kingdom
I am Johanna Trapier. I come from France but have been living in Canada, in Vancouver for 4 years. I hold a master's degree in History from the Sorbonne and in education from UBC where I wrote a thesis on using the media to teach sex education. I am a certified sex education trainer through Options for Sexual Health and have several years of teaching experience with elementary school children. I am the founder of Mon Unique Royaume, a project that aims to teach primary school children to know, protect and accept their bodies. Through different sessions, children develop a positive and healthy body image.
My Story
Me and my Kingdom story
I have always been living in a larger body. My relationship with my body has always been difficult. The most hurthful comments about my bodies came before puberty and noone prepared me to deal with them or how to take distance with it. I want to make sure kids are prepared, have knowledge about their bodies and empower to live a confortable like in their own skin from an early age.
